Fei Wang is an analyst and co-founded Green Collective. Green Collective hopes to make publicly available grid data more easily accessible and engaging, along with providing open source intelligence to further grid decarbonization. So far, Green Collective has collected, organized, and analyzed grid data of markets with high renewable penetration in Ireland, California, and Texas. Previously, Fei was the head of market intelligence at Depsys, a Swiss distribution grid technology startup, as well as a grid edge analyst with Greentech Media and Wood Mackenzie.

Andrew Waranch is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Spearmint Energy. Andrew brings over 25 years of research, trading, and portfolio management experience across the electricity power markets to Spearmint Energy, having previously worked at energy trading firms, including Elustria, Elliott Associates, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Constellation Energy. He holds a B.S in Applied Economics and Business Management from the Dyson School of Business at Cornell University.

Eileen Howe leads the Commercial Analysis and Market Operations team at Hecate Grid, a leading standalone battery IPP. She connected with Hecate Grid in 2019 to grow the energy storage initiative, strengthening the team with over 18 years of experience in electricity markets, market operations, and forecasting. Ms. Howe was with Calpine Corporation prior to joining Hecate, serving as Market Analysis Director from 2009-2019. At Calpine she was instrumental in long-term valuation of Calpine’s 26 gigawatt nationwide portfolio, developing short-term bidding strategies, and performing fundamental analysis with specialized focus on the CAISO, ERCOT and the Northeast markets. From 2000-2008 she was with Citadel Investment Group where she led a team of quantitative developers in the power sector, focusing on PJM, ISONE, and NYISO markets and financial trading opportunities.

Alden Phinney is a Regional Director at GridBeyond with over 10 years of experience in business development and data analytics for renewable and flexible energy portfolios. In his work at GridBeyond, he partners with renewable asset owners and developers to maximize energy market revenues and savings across North American energy markets. He has focused on analyzing, optimizing and deploying BESS at C&I facilities and in front of the meter since 2018, working previously at Enel X / EnerNOC and with various startups in New York City.
