This is What STEM Looks Like!

Environmental education encompasses so much of the STEM fields from conservation
science to land surveys to outdoor recreation. Yet, helping young women visualize themselves as Park Rangers, Environmental Chemists, or Conservation Biologists has proved challenging. To address these issues within environmental and all STEM fields, The Women's Foundation of Colorado created the "This Is What STEM Looks Like!" guide to introduce parents, caregivers, and educators to the many opportunities that STEM can provide for girls and women. In this guide, you'll find resources, to help girls explore those opportunities and tools to inspire, motivate, and prepare young women to thrive in STEM careers.
