Weichun Zhu is An Assistant Professor of Management at the Zeigler College of Business, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. His primary research interests include leadership, ethics, and cross-cultural management. He has published referred articles in numerous journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB). He is also the guest editor for a JOB special issue entitled “Organizational Behavioral Issues in China.” He obtained his Ph.D. degree in management from University of Nebraska Lincoln. He was a faculty member at Penn State University, and Guangzhou University.

Tom Brogan is a 2003 Bloomsburg graduate with a BA in accounting, holds an LL.M. in taxation and a JD, and is licensed to practice in the United States Tax Court. Tom is an International Tax Principal and advises multinational clients in a variety of industries including retail, technology, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, industrial, and entertainment on cross border transactions and structuring.

Christine Mayer is a 2016 Bloomburg University graduate with a BSBA in Business Management with Concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources. She has worked for CH Robinson Worldwide, the largest third party logistics provider in North America, since graduation and is currently a Key Account Manager in the Hoboken, NJ branch. Christine manages a portfolio of strategic clients across a wide range of industries including retail, food and bev, and consumer products and works with them to meet their logistics goals. She was recently appointed as a Board Member of the ZCOB Advisory Board.

Ed, a native of Puerto Rico, currently lives in Doylestown, PA and graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1990 with a BA in Spanish Literature & a Minor in International Political Science. He launched his international career with American International Group (AIG, 1990-2000), then CIGNA International (2000-2009). In 1992 he moved to Paris, France, and over the course of 17 years, spent 12 of those engaged in rotations in Spain; Poland; Hong Kong; returning to Spain. His areas of expertise are in Underwriting & Risk Management, Sales & Business Development, Market Entry Strategy, Change Management, Product Development. In 2009 Ed returned to AIG Chief Underwriting Officer & oversees their International Accident & Health business, and by 2012 assumed responsibilities for managing the US & Canada Accident & Health business. In May 2018, Ed was recruited by AXA XL to become Head of Underwriting, Sales & Distribution for its start-up Accident & Health business in the Americas Region.
