Weichun Zhu is An Assistant Professor of Management at the Zeigler College of Business, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. His primary research interests include leadership, ethics, and cross-cultural management. He has published referred articles in numerous journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB). He is also the guest editor for a JOB special issue entitled “Organizational Behavioral Issues in China.” He obtained his Ph.D. degree in management from University of Nebraska Lincoln. He was a faculty member at Penn State University, and Guangzhou University.

She has worked for CH Robinson Worldwide, the largest third party logistics provider in North America, since graduation and is currently a Key Account Manager in the Hoboken, NJ branch. Christine manages a portfolio of strategic clients across a wide range of industries including retail, food and bev, and consumer products and works with them to meet their logistics goals. She was recently appointed as a Board Member of the ZCOB Advisory Board.

Ed, a native of Puerto Rico, currently lives in Doylestown, PA and graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1990 with a BA in Spanish Literature & a Minor in International Political Science. He launched his international career with American International Group (AIG, 1990-2000), then CIGNA International (2000-2009). In 1992 he moved to Paris, France, and over the course of 17 years, spent 12 of those engaged in rotations in Spain; Poland; Hong Kong; returning to Spain. His areas of expertise are in Underwriting & Risk Management, Sales & Business Development, Market Entry Strategy, Change Management, Product Development. In 2009 Ed returned to AIG Chief Underwriting Officer & oversees their International Accident & Health business, and by 2012 assumed responsibilities for managing the US & Canada Accident & Health business. In May 2018, Ed was recruited by AXA XL to become Head of Underwriting, Sales & Distribution for its start-up Accident & Health business in the Americas Region.
