Sharon Haverlak holds a BA from the Catholic University of America, and an MS from the University of Scranton. She is a Senior Certified Human Resources professional by the Society of Human Resources Management. She has worked in Human Resources for 25 years, currently serving as the Vice-President, People & Culture at SEKISUI SPI in Bloomsburg, PA. She sits on the Board of the Bloomsburg Theater Ensemble and American Red Cross.

Jim McCann graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Jim began his insurance career in 1982 and has provided financial planning and insurance planning in both the inividual and the commercial market via employer sponsored benefit plans. Jim's concentration is in employer sponsored health plans, retirement 401K plans and employer DOL compliance with the Affordable Care Act.

David has over 20 years of accounting, financial system integration and finance analytics experience. He is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and management consultant who specializes in the telecommunications, utilities, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Midtown Consulting, David led the CFO Services practice for the Washington DC office of a global consulting firm. His previous experience also includes management positions with BellSouth Corporation.

Terry H. Zeigler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bloomsburg University in May 1976. He is the Founder/President/CEO of Datacap Systems, Inc. (36 years), a developer and manufacturer of integrated electronic payments systems. Previously; Executive VP of Transaction Management Inc., a manufacturer of retail management systems. He is the co-founder of Zeigler Family Foundation, which focuses on implementing age appropriate Financial Literacy programs in local school districts. Served for past 8 years on the Bloomsburg University Foundation Board, co-endowed the Zeigler Institute of Professional Development (ZIPD), the Zeigler Business Case Competition and the Zeigler College of Business. Actively supports ZCOB by providing student scholarships.
