Mary Lenzini Howe is Bloomsburg University's Zeigler Institute for Professional Development (ZIPD) Program director since 2013. Ms. Howe earned an MS in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and BFA in Theater from NYU. She is also credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SHRM-Certified Senior Professional, and Job and Career Development/Transition Coach. Her career has traversed several business industries including Bloomsburg Health System’s VP HR & marketing; Town of Bloomsburg’s mayor & council member; proprietor of La Groceria Italian Deli; and, professional vocalist. She currently serves as a board member for the Susquehanna Human Resource Management Association, the Columbia Montour Area Agency on Aging, the BU Nursing Advisory Council and the United Recovery Coalition. She is fondly referred to as the ZIPD Lady by her students, Nonnie by her six grandchildren and sweetheart by her husband Michael. Her daily goal is living life to its fullest.

Anthony DiValerio is a Managing Director in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. He has 32 year of experience and is currently a member of the Private Wealth Advisory Committee to Senior Management. Barron’s, The Financial Times and Forbes over the past 10 years, has listed Anthony as one of the top advisors in the US. Anthony leads a team of seven, and their business model functions as a multi-family home office. The team works with entrepreneurial families of public and private companies. The practice focuses on estate/tax/trust planning, next gen financial education, all manners of assets and liability management and philanthropy. The team has also been instrumental in providing business transition analysis and advisory resulting in merger & acquisitions transactions for their clients. Anthony currently serves on the board of trustees to the Paoli Hospital Foundation. Anthony and his spouse Linda live in Malvern, Pa and have three children.

Steph is the founder and CEO of Clean Earth Systems, an Environmental Packaging Company based in Tampa, FL. CES is in its 27th year and has 16 locations throughout the U.S. CES holds designs and patents on over 200+ hazardous & recycling containers. Steph was born in Florida and raised in Ohio and NJ. He graduated from Middletown H.S. South in '85 & graduated Bloomsburg in '89 and was a member of the football team. Steph and his soon to be wife Allison (Allie) live in Tampa Florida. Steph has one daughter Ashley.
