That’s why we’re joining forces with the incredible Black creators within our community to honor Black History Month with our Winning Women series.

Sarah Cooper
Comedian and Author
Sarah Cooper is an actor, comedian, and best-selling author. Her books How to Be Successful Without Hurting Men’s Feelings and 100 Tricks to Appear Smart in Meetings are both currently in development for series television. Sarah built her comedy career from the ground up while working for companies like Yahoo! and Google, where she was fed free lunches and lots of material. Sarah’s first Netflix special, “Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine,” was executive produced by Maya Rudolph and directed by Natasha Lyonne debuted on the steaming service October 27th 2020.

Michelle Buteau
Actress, Author, and Comedian
Michelle Buteau is an actress, author and comedian. She just published her first book Survival of the Thickest (Gallery Books) and released her first one-hour comedy special “Welcome to Buteaupia” (Netflix). She currently hosts “The Circle” for Netflix, which will return for Season 2 this Spring, and is in production on Season 2 of the BET+ original series “First Wives Club”. Buteau’s additional credits include the feature film “Always Be My Maybe” (Netflix) and the Netflix show “Tales of the City.” This spring she will be seen in the feature film “Marry Me”(Universal).

Mo Jones
Owner, moLife Speaks
Mo Jones is a Confident Speaking Coach empowering women to own the power of their voice in life and work. A speech language pathologist by trade, she uses proven strategies and techniques to journey women from fear to brave in building confident speaking skills.

Her passion is to help women use their voice to master the art of public speaking, go live on social media ande create riveting podcasts. This led her to create moLife Speaks, her coaching business, in which women learn to own the power of their story and own their voice.

Kyra Mitchell Lewis
Founder of Glow Up, Gyrl
Kyra Mitchell Lewis is a Georgia native and a graduate of Valdosta State University. Kyra has worked in the Marketing and Communications industry for more than 20 years. She is currently the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager at Cooper Lighting Solutions in Atlanta, GA, and Founder of Glow Up, Gyrl, a community for women on a mission to live a balanced and purpose-filled life.

Krystal Henry
Writer & Blogger
Krystal Henry is a writer, speaker, blogger, and creator of Around the Way Mom which serves as an international online platform for Black Moms to gain solutions that address their needs as women, partners, mothers, friends, and in business. In addition to empowering Moms through writing, workshops, and speaking, Krystal is a contributing writer for Baltimore's Child Magazine, CEOMMagazine and BlkWomen Hustle.
