Leasehold Question Time: Service Charges

About This Webinar

Leasehold Question Time – Service Charges

Leaseholders, Freeholders and Agents can gain an insight into one of the most fundamentally contentious areas of leasehold ownership during a free webinar hosted by legal firm Bishop & Sewell.

This online webinar ‘Leasehold Question Time – Service Charges’ will take place on Tuesday 6 September 2022 at 5pm.

Delivered by Charles Jamieson, from the Dispute Resolution team, the webinar will be a ‘back to basics’ refresher for leaseholders and freeholders on the demand and recoverability of service charges under residential leases.

This webinar will be perfect if you are a freeholder wanting to check you are doing it right; a leaseholder considering a contest to a demand; or an agent needing a refresher on the dos and don’ts of service charges.

Service charges are such a contentious issue, and this is a rare opportunity for freeholders and leaseholders to get up-to-date tips and ideas on how to navigate this important topic.
