A Showcase of Protein Data Visualisations

In this webinar I’ll be introducing several visualisation projects in which I have taken part during my Software developer career in bioinformatics. The presentation is organised in chronological order, allowing to show the state of the art of web development technologies on a given time. Besides my contribution in the projects there are other factors in common between them:

1. It is protein derived data, for example, functional and structural annotations, interactions, domains and families.
2. Web Open source tools
3. Data integration
