Her experience cuts cross both the public and private sectors and across almost all industries including oil & gas, education, financial, etc. Sharmini has specialized skills in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, Training & Development, Organization Design, Performance Management, Human Resources including Compensation & Remuneration Structuring and HR Policies & Procedures; and Project Management.

Andre has over 20 years experience in theTelco and Banking industry.Andre started in mobile network engineering where he spent the majority of his early career launching and developing mobile networks for Maxis and Ericsson. Venturing into the world of entrepreneurship, Andre launched Aexio in 2006 to address the gap in the market for engineering software focusing on mobile network Quality of Service. In 2010, Aexio was invested in by MAVCAP and subsequently the company was acquired in 2013. In 2018, Andre joined CIMB’s Fintech Division as a corporate innovator where he worked on bringing technology innovations to the bank. Andre has been coach and mentor at Cradle and Magic Academy, bringing his entrepreneurial insight to the problems that start-ups go through in their growth.

Rohan Krishnalingam was appointed as Group Chief Digital and Technology Officer on 1 August 2019. He is responsible for the provision of accurate and timely technology and back-office operations and services support for the relevant business/functional units, develop the IT and Digital Strategy towards driving the implementation of Digital and IT transformation, lead the efforts on digitization of RHB Banking Group, and drive the adoption of Agile@Scale as part of the Group’s strategic focus to create a winning operating model.
