Bettr Lives Webinar Leadership Series 2: EQ in Change

About This Webinar

In this webinar, speakers will discuss the role of our emotions and EQ in creating better outcomes from change for ourselves as individuals, teams, organisations and society.

Moderated by Pamela Chng - Co-founder of Bettr Group and Bettr Lives

Change is one of the only constants in life, and yet we constantly react with discomfort and distrust to signals of change. This natural aversion to change is a defense mechanism, developed to shield us from risk and danger in the past. Yet, our management of change - our adaptability - determines how we either survive, or thrive. Resilience coupled with flexibility requires complex emotional management. Our webinar on emotional intelligence in change explores best practices to leverage unanticipated change into opportunity.
