Kash Siddiqui is a Senior Principal at Accenture Ventures. In this role, Kash utilizes his passion for innovation by engaging with the most innovative startups and brokering innovation from these startups for Accenture’s clients. In addition to partnering with Growth & Strategy leads, Kash works closely with innovation leadership across Innovation Centers, Technology Labs, and various tech domains like Applied Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Extended Reality (AR/VR), and Industry X.0. In his past roles, Kash helped define and execute innovation plans that aligned clients' business objectives with their strategic growth initiatives. Kash led several business transformation projects like Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Supply Chain modernization, Cloud automation and so on.
Kash holds a Master's in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Strategy, Finance, Marketing & Operations. He also holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
Nancy Brown Chamblee
President, Manchester Tank and Equipment
Mrs. Chamblee has been with Manchester Tank for the past 5 years where she served the company as its Vice President of Finance, as well as more recent roles in U.S. Operations. Prior to joining Manchester Tank, Nancy spent more than 14 years at General Electric in various Operations and Finance roles of increasing responsibility. Mrs. Chamblee graduated from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga with a B.S. in Engineering.
Susan H. Shriver
Compensation, Compliance and HRIS, The David J Joseph Company
Over 20 years of leadership experience in human resource management and particularly skilled in Compensation, Performance, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR Compliance, and facilitating change. Prior to the David J. Joseph Company, Susan held leadership positions in the HR teams for American Financial Group (Great American Insurance Group), COMAIR, Inc., and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Susan attended the University of Cincinnati for a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Media Communications and a Master's Degree in Labor and Employee Relations. Susan has contributed to taskforces and committees with many professional and community organizations, some of which include: industry specific compensation committees, teaching coursework for SHRM certification, volunteering in public schools, and as a youth basketball coach.
Stephanie Parrish
Communications Marketing Lead, Byrne
Stephanie Parrish has spent the last 10 years in the contract office furniture industry ingrained in the sales and marketing strategies at a few Grand Rapids based companies. Most recently she has spent the last three years with Byrne Electrical Specialists leading the sales and marketing communication strategies. Passionate for keeping customers engaged through marketing channels, Stephanie leads the MarCom team through press releases, email campaigns, social media and sales presentations. Most recently, Stephanie has led as interim internal communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. Engaging and delivering the most important news to Byrne employees has been one of the biggest focuses for Byrne. Stephanie graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In the summer, you can usually find her at the lake, boating, with her family, husband and two-year-old son.
Juan Muldoon
Partner, Energize Ventures - Moderator
Juan brings more than a decade of experience in finance and investing. As an Energize Partner, he is integral to all aspects of the Fund’s operations, including leading sourcing efforts, developing investment theses, driving diligence of potential investments, network management, and supporting and monitoring portfolio companies. Previously, Juan worked at J.P. Morgan, where his work ranged from business analysis and research to advising institutional investors on portfolio allocation and private investments.
Juan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude. Juan currently sits on the Board of Directors for Nozomi Networks, Aquilon, and Zededa.
