About This Webinar

While founder life has become glamorized with curated social storytelling, viral moments, and billion-dollar exits, the reality is quite different. The path from an ambitious idea to a product and, eventually, a market launch is often more art than science, and building a brand that matters requires a whole other dimension and dedication. The Beekman 1802 journey exemplifies how experiential learning enables leaders to remain connected to their teams and adapt more nimbly as the company grows.

Join us for an unvarnished conversation with Dr. Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell on transforming a small goat farm into a globally recognized brand focused on beauty, wellness, and community values.
