Busting MoCRA Myths And Misinformation

About This Webinar

Signed and passed into legislation, MoCRA grants the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) greater control over standards and regulations of the cosmetics industry. This overhaul will ripple throughout the cosmetic supply chain and apply to all cosmetics marketed in the US, including those imported from other countries. As we wait for implementation updates, speculation and misinformation about the law and the associated requirements have been circulating in the industry, creating confusion for brands and manufacturers. With the December 29th deadline looming, we've brought together a panel of experts to discuss compliance and deadlines.

What MoCRA means for you:

  • Update on compliance and deadlines
  • Product listing and facility registration
