Ann Limberg

Ann Limberg is a Managing Director and the Head of Philanthropic and Family Office Solutions at Bank of America. Limberg oversees strategy and advisory and consulting services for non-profit institutions, corporate and private foundations, and ultra-high-net-worth families. She directs a nationwide team that offers a suite of integrated capabilities, including Outsourced Chief Investment Office services, board governance and development, grantmaking, high-impact philanthropy and fiduciary administration. She also fosters the effective use of cross-enterprise capabilities, resulting in a more unified and directed client experience.

Limberg has worked at Bank of America since 1990. She has held a number of leadership positions during her tenure, most recently serving as Northeast Division Executive for Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), where she directed advisor outreach and led strategic growth in nine states, and New Jersey state president for Bank of America. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Passionate in her commitment to philanthropy, Limberg brings a lifetime of active engagement in non-profit boards and professional organizations. She currently serves on the boards of Valley Health System Inc., NJTV Public Media NJ, Inc., Macaulay Honors College Foundation for the City University of New York, The St. Bernard Project, and Bergen County’s United Way. She is also a member of the Committee of 200, an organization of women executives dedicated to increasing opportunities for women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders worldwide.

Una Osili
Associate Dean for Research and International Programs, Indiana University
A global expert on philanthropy and social innovation, Dr. Una Osili has more than two decades of experience in leadership, economic policy and research across the public and private sectors. She holds the Efroymson Chair in Philanthropy and she serves as the associate dean for research and international programs and Dean’s Fellow for the Mays Family Institute on Diverse Philanthropy at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, the world’s first school on philanthropy.

At the school she leads the research and publication of the Global Philanthropy Environment Index and the Global Philanthropy Tracker, as well as the research and publication of Giving USA, the annual report on American philanthropy. Dr. Osili is the founder of Generosity for Life, a digital platform that provides new data tools in the area of philanthropy and social impact.

An internationally recognized expert on philanthropy, economics and international development, Osili recently testified before the Joint Economic Committee of the United States Congress on supporting charitable giving during the COVID-19 crisis, as well as before a subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
