Jonathan has more than 38 years of industry experience as a securities analyst, having covered virtually every equity sector over the course of his career. His experience extends beyond traditional equity research to include analysis of fixed income, convertibles, options, and derivatives. In addition, Jonathan is experienced in capital structure arbitrage and short selling.
Jonathan is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds FINRA series 7, 24, 66, 86, and 87 licenses. He is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York. Jonathan holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.
