About This Webinar

ArcticZymes develops and manufactures novel, GMP-ready nucleases tailor made for bioprocessing applications. Using nucleases developed for optimal performance in your workflow helps you achieve purer product and higher titers, at a reduced cost. Our Salt Active Nuclease (SAN) is useful for removing residual DNA, particularily at the high-salt conditions often used in downstream processing of AAV vectors. M-SAN is a novel nuclease with excellent performance at physiological conditions found in typical cell media, in which nuclease treatment of more sensitive vectors is typically performed.
