Italian Renaissance: Hands of Creation

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

This webinar teaches a variety of techniques inspired by the Renaissance master Michelangelo Buonarotti. Use a combination of materials to create special effects, and add personalized details to the hands and/or background. Lesson includes a brief art history lesson as well as step-by-step demonstrations. Simple but richly educational!

Materials Needed:

Coloring materials (any of the following work well: crayons, colored pencils, oil pastels)
Watercolors, brush and water cup
A towel or napkin to blot extra paint or splashed water
Salt (kosher salt works best but regular table salt is fine)
