About
Perfect for: Everyone attending ArborFest this year!

Recovery is under-rated and hard to prioritise, particularly during ongoing periods of uncertainty like the one we face now. During 2020, schools, multi-academy trusts, community groups and charities have endlessly innovated and adapted and shown the potential to shape better digital social infrastructure for everyone. So what happens next?

Join Rachel Coldicutt, expert on the relationship between social impact and tech, and former CEO of Doteveryone, as she walks us through The Glimmers Report: a new, practical toolkit to help schools, trusts and other community organisations reflect on their rapid transformation, look ahead, and set new KPIs.

Rachel will talk through how your school or trust could use the toolkit, which features a lightweight set of thoughtful exercises for teams and organisations to reflect and:

- Map the ways they have changed and adapted during the pandemic
- Review and analyse that change
- Consider the new roles and skill sets that might be needed
- Set KPIs that help to achieve your future mission

You should leave with practical ideas to take back to your school or trust, including how to roadmap what to do next. We hope to see you there!
