Karen is a Data Manager at a secondary school in the South East, with over 10 years’ experience in this field. She has extensive knowledge of different MIS and the UK examinations system. Karen also operates as a data and support consultant for 4Matrix. Having obtained a philosophy degree at King’s College, London, Karen brings many skills to her role as Data Manager. Karen's approach is to reveal the ‘stories’ behind the data, and she works with her subject leaders to explore and interpret school information with the aim of understanding and helping improve outcomes of young people.

Sue Glover
Data Manager and Consultant at 4Matrix
Sue is an MIS Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the education sector. This includes 25 years working as part of a Local Authority MIS team, supporting schools in the setup, management, and training in the use of MIS systems. Sue uses this experience to compliment her role as 4Matrix Data Support Consultant.
