Yoga for Her Rights!

Monday, July 20, 2020 · 9:00 a.m. · Eastern Time (US & Canada)
About This Webinar

In this turbulent time, many of us are looking for ways to both offer support and personally relax. Yoga allows us to calm our bodies through mindful movement. Advanced Yogi and former Girls Leadership Council facilitator Taylor Ann Gilbert will be helping us start the summer weeks off peacefully with an all levels flow class. Practice together on the spacious Paulsdale Lawn, or join the livestream from your home. Give to yourself while giving back, as all proceeds from the classes benefit API’s youth programs.

Practice together on the beautiful lawn of Paulsdale or join online! If you choose to join the class in person at Paulsdale, please bring your own mats. Due to public health concerns, the house and restroom will not be open to guests.

She is fascinated with history and narrative, and the ways in which we cultivate meaning through the stories we inherit and the ones we tell about our own lives and communities. She is thrilled to apply these passions to both continuing established programming at API, as well as developing new ways for women of all ages to engage with themselves as active history changers and makers.
