Kerry transitioned to The Access Group in June 2021, following the acquisition of Sage Group’s local businesses in Asia Pacific.

As President of Access Asia Pacific, Kerry is responsible for leading what has become a significant part of the company, growing rapidly organically, and through acquisitions of businesses aligned towards driving value for customers, partners and employees.

A C-suite leader in global business, Kerry has over 30 years of experience in the IT and financial services industries. Before joining Access, Kerry was Executive Vice President of Sage Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for Sage’s continued growth in the Asia Pacific region including Australia. 

Previous leadership positions include World-Wide President of Western Union’s Global Business Solutions division, and executive roles at Oracle and Siebel Systems. 

Jared Baker is an experienced executive in the technology and ecommerce sectors, currently serving as GM Access Accountants APAC at The Access Group since November 2024. Previously, Jared held the position of Managing Director APAC at Karbon from August 2022 to November 2024, and had a diverse tenure at Xero from July 2017 to August 2022, where roles included Sales Director, Platform Growth Director, and Head of Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships. Other notable positions include Head of Ecommerce & B2B for Coles Online, Managing Director at ED.com, Executive General Manager at Scoopon, Commercial Director at ICSH Pty Ltd, and various managerial roles at Flight Centre in the UK and NZ. Jared holds an MSc and BSc in Biology and Philosophy from the University of Canterbury.
