Kevin J. Bodnar is the Head of Corporate Advisory for the Investment Banking team at Peapack Private Wealth Management. He has over 30 years of corporate financial advisory, mezzanine lending and commercial banking experience in numerous industries, including Aerospace, Building Products, Construction and Real Estate, Transportation and Logistics, Consumer Products, Electronical Components, Financial Services, Food, Flavors and Fragrances, Niche Manufacturing, Retail Services, Healthcare Products, Business and Industrial Services and Waste Management. Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, to start and lead the corporate advisory practice, he spent 10 years at Corporate Fuel Advisors, a boutique middle market-focused investment bank and financial advisory firm, where he provided merger and acquisition advice, private placements of debt and equity, financial restructuring advice, and valuation and strategic analysis services. He also oversaw the firm’s broker-dealer subsidiary.

Prior to Corporate Fuel, Kevin was with Alliance Mezzanine Investors, a New Jersey-based, SBIC-licensed fund, where, as a member of the investment committee, he was actively involved in all pre- and post- investment activities for investments to middle market companies with revenues from $10 million to $100 million.

Before that, he spent 15 years at Summit Bank and FleetBoston Financial (now Bank of America) where his background includes corporate advisory services, mezzanine lending, corporate banking, credit risk management, asset recovery, and commercial real estate finance. He has extensive experience in originating, structuring, underwriting and executing middle market transactions.

Kevin is a graduate of Drew University and received his MBA from Seton Hall University. He holds the FINRA Series 24, 7, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.

Alan D. Sobel, the Managing Member of SobelCo, is responsible for facilitating the strategic direction and the day-to-day management of the firm. Alan has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions and delivers added value working with clients on sourcing deals, negotiating and structuring transactions, financial and business due diligence and transaction financing.

In addition, Alan advises business owners of privately held entities in the manufacturing, retail, construction, distribution, real estate development and financial services industries, applying his expertise in the areas of financial reporting, tax planning for businesses and high net worth individuals, and strategic business planning.

Managing Partner and Chair of the Corporate Department, Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker
H. Glenn Tucker is the Managing Partner and Chair of the Corporate Department of Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker in Newark, New Jersey. He specializes in corporate, commercial and banking transactions.

Mr. Tucker primarily represents businesses in a role of outside legal counsel on day-to-day matters, as well as inter-company and intra-company transactions. Many of his clients are closely-held or family-held enterprises. His focus includes, among other things, the formation and development of start-up ventures, the acquisition or sale of businesses, the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, LLC operating agreements, and joint venture agreements, and other commercial contracts of vital interest to business clients. Mr. Tucker’s experience also encompasses the representation of institutional lenders and businesses in a wide variety of sophisticated financial transactions.

Mr. Tucker is a past Chair of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He previously served as a Director, the Legislative Coordinator and the Secretary of the Business Law Section. He is also a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is a founding Director and a former Vice President of The Inn of Transactional Counsel (Morris & Essex Counties) where he also served as the Chair of the Curriculum Committee. The Inn was formed by a group of experienced transactional attorneys in New Jersey for the purpose of training law firm associates and in-house counsel about the art of transactional law. Mr. Tucker has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University where he taught a transactional law skills course. He has also been invited to lecture on corporate law topics by the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association, and the General Counsel of the NJ State Bar Association. He has spoken about earn-outs on behalf of the Litigation Services Committee of the NJ State Bar Association, and also addressed a variety of merger and acquisition topics at the Annual M&A Conference sponsored by the NJSBA and NJICLE.

Mr. Tucker has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Corporate/M&A for the past ten years and has regularly been on the list of the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers. He was selected by corporate counsel in 2016 as a BTI Consulting Group Client Service All-Star. He recently served on the Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to establish continuing education requirements in the State. He was also selected to serve on the Board of Visitors of Duke University School of Law.
