Mark Weber was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Weber, Shapiro & Co. in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey prior to the firm merging with SobelCo in January 2019. In that role, he managed the strategic direction of the firm as well as the daily operations and delivering client services ranging from accounting to taxation to investment management and financial planning. He will continue in his current position, serving as the Member in Charge of the Woodcliff Lake office.

Mark began his career in 1981 at PwC and as a result of his Big Four experience, he has been able to provide the firm’s clients with the big picture perspective and sophisticated solutions that today’s business owners demand. Additionally, from his position as the Director of Operations for a national financial planning firm, he gained the knowledge and expertise that has enabled him to deliver a unique combination of tax planning, financial planning, and investment advice for individuals and small business owners.

Diana Gallego is a Supervisor who started her career with Weber Shapiro in 2015 and has been with SobelCo since the firms merged in 2018. Throughout the past five years, Diana has worked most closely with mid-sized privately-held businesses across a range of industry sectors, providing services that include traditional accounting work, auditing, and tax strategy and compliance.

Diana adds value for the firm’s clients by addressing their financial statement needs, providing strategic consulting, and drawing on her experience with business tax challenges to provide a holistic, well- rounded and practical approach to ensure the company’s continued growth and profitability. In 2020 Diana has further expanded her area of expertise to include the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and as such she is frequently called upon to oversee and advise clients regarding the completion of their PPP applications as well as reviewing and supporting efforts for submitting forgiveness applications for PPP1.
