Matt Bartch, CFA, CAIA, Director, is a member of BlackRock's US & Canada Retirement Group. He is responsible for investment sales to Defined Contribution clients in the Southeast Region. Mr. Bartch is also charged with developing and maintaining consultant relationships, serving as a thought leader on industry trends, and being a consultative partner to clients. Mr. Bartch joined BlackRock in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 5 years within PIMCO's Defined Contribution Practice. In his time there, he served national consultants and plan sponsors, then regional Southeast-based consultants beginning in 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bartch held research analysts positions at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Bartch earned a BS in International Business and Investment Analysis from the University of South Carolina in 2009 and also holds the CFA and CAIA designations. He resides in the city of Atlanta with his wife where he enjoys golf and traveling with family.

Director, U.S. and Canada Defined Contribution Institutional Team
Taylor Benson, Director, is a member of the U.S. and Canada Defined Contribution Institutional Team. She is responsible for new business development and relationship management for Corporate, Public and Taft-Hartley plan sponsors with assets greater than $1bn. Ms. Benson works directly with plan sponsors to implement investment solutions that accomplish the retirement goals and objectives for their participants. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Benson was a Senior Principal at Galliard Capital Management, a $91bn fixed income and stable value asset management firm, leading new business development and consultant relations. Prior to Galliard, Ms. Benson was an Investment Consultant working with Institutional Corporate, Public and Taft-Hartley Plan Sponsors in an advisory capacity on asset allocation, plan design and investment manager selection. Ms. Benson began her career as an Investment Analyst at Hewitt Associates. Ms. Benson attended Providence College where she received a BS degree in Finance with a minor in Mathematics. Ms. Benson currently serves on the Providence College School of Business Advisory Council.

Vice President, US & Canada Defined Contribution Team
Lisa Tyley, Vice President, is a member of the US & Canada Defined Contribution Team. Lisa is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with institutional DC relationships, primarily in the Midwest. Prior to joining BlackRock, Lisa worked for Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor where she focused on Defined Contribution relationships, as well as, advising high net worth individuals. Lisa has also worked for JPMorgan Chase in their retail banking channel. Lisa earned a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2010.

Analyst, US & Canada Defined Contribution Group of BlackRock
Nicholas Sarkos, Analyst, is a member of the US & Canada Defined Contribution Group. He is responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, primarily plan sponsors, throughout the Midwest region of the country. The team is responsible for managing relationships with institutional DC clients, serving as a thought leader on industry trends, and being a consultative partner to all existing and prospective clients. He joined BlackRock through the Analyst Program in 2017 as a member of the Advisor Services Group within US Wealth Advisory. Nicholas graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of the Arts in Finance and Business Administration. While attending Muhlenberg, Nicholas was an active member of the Varsity Men's Soccer team. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Bill Haas, Analyst, is a member of the Institutional Distribution team within BlackRock's US & Canada Defined Contribution Group. Mr. Haas is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with DC consultants across the country. Prior to his current role, Mr. Haas was a member of the Client Invoicing Services team within BlackRock's Data Services Group. He was responsible for preparing and distributing invoices for North American institutional clients. Mr.Haas earned his BS degree in Finance and Economics from Providence College in Providence, R.I.

Ryan Campbell, Associate, is a member of the US & Canada Defined Contribution Group. He is responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, primarily plan sponsors, throughout the Eastern region of the country. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2019, Ryan was with Nuveen, where he was a Strategic Accounts & Business Development Analyst within the DCIO group. Prior to joining Nuveen in October 2017, Ryan worked at MassMutual Financial Group as a Viability Reporting Analyst focused on supporting sales efforts in the Retirement and Insurance channels. Ryan earned a BA degree in Economics from Gettysburg College in 2016.
