Prior to Summer, Will worked at SoFi on student loan policy and business strategy. He was one of the first student loan policy experts at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and was among the first employees to launch the agency in 2011. Will served as a special assistant and policy advisor to now-Senator Elizabeth Warren at the CFPB, U.S. Department of Treasury, and The White House. Will earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management and his BA from the College of William & Mary.

Leigh is Head of Business Development at Summer, where he is responsible for the company’s revenue strategy, sales and strategic partnerships and account management. Leigh has spent the past ten years in the fintech space, serving as VP of Business Development at CommonBond, where he built and led the enterprise sales and strategic partnerships teams and at CAN Capital, a small business lender, where he oversaw strategic partnerships and product teams. Leigh has a JD from NYU School of Law.
