Randall Long is the founder and Managing Principal of SageView Advisory Group and serves as the firm’s CEO. Randy founded SageView in 1989 by assembling a team of seasoned financial advisors and investment specialists across the country. Randall has over 30 years of industry experience in retirement plan administration, plan design analysis, investment consulting and risk management. Under Randall’s leadership, the firm currently serves over 1,250 corporate and non-profit plan sponsors throughout the United States. A frequent speaker, Randall addresses retirement industry conferences, serves as delegate to Capitol Hill Forums, and provides thought leadership to some of the largest retirement plan administrators in the country by sitting on their financial advisory boards. He has consistently used his knowledge and experience to deliver best practices and innovative tools/resources to better serve the retirement plan industry. Throughout his career, Randall has been recognized as a leader by several organizations. In 2015, Randall was ranked #27 in 401kWire’s 2014 “100 Most Influential” list. In 2013, Randall received the Lifetime Achievement Award by PlanAdviser. Since 2007, SageView has been named as one of the Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors by PlanAdviser Magazine. Randall’s professional memberships and affiliations include the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). He is also a Registered Principal of Cetera (Cetera Advisor Networks LLC). Randall earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He has been married for over 35 years to his wife Mary and has three grown children. In his downtime, he enjoys spending exploring new places, skiing, spending time at the beach, and attending sporting events.

David Hinderstein leads The White Plains office of OneDigital, which assists plan sponsors and participants in responding to the many challenges in managing their retirement programs. David has extensive background and expertise in helping not-for-profit, corporate, healthcare, and higher education plan sponsors meet their fiduciary responsibilities and manage and optimize their investment provider relationships. Prior to founding the firm in 2006, David spent almost 12 years in various management and consulting positions, including President and CEO of a nationally recognized retirement firm. His responsibilities included consulting and servicing large defined contribution and defined benefit plans and overseeing all facets of the firm’s regional retirement services practice. David earned his BS degree in Finance from The American University in Washington, D.C., and has achieved the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation. He also is an Investment Advisor Representative of Resources Investment Advisors, LLC(Resources), an SEC Registered Investment Advisor and a Registered Representative with Triad Advisors.

Retirement Advisor Channel Manager, Retirement Plan Services, Paychex, Inc.
Dan is the Retirement Advisor Channel Manager for Paychex Retirement Services. He has been in the investment industry for 35 years, with the last 25 years spent in the retirement plan industry in sales, wholesaling, sales leadership, relationship management, and training. Dan joined Paychex in 2012 as one of the first external retirement wholesalers for the newly created Financial Advisor wholesaling team, focusing on growing Paychex’s business with Financial Advisors. In his current role, he is responsible for relationship management and sales for all broker-dealer, RIA and investment partners that work with Paychex. Prior to Paychex, Dan was in the retirement plan business with ADP Retirement Services. There he sold 401(k) plans, was in sales leadership, and then became the primary developer and first leader of the Retirement Services Sales Training program. Prior to his time with ADP, he was a financial advisor for 10 years. Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
