Managing Director, DCIO, Charles Schwab Investment Management
Neil Hickey is the Managing Director of DCIO and Consultant Relations supporting CSIM. He manages the team responsible for introducing and supporting the organization’s investment products to consultants, recordkeepers, and other institutions.

Mr. Hickey joined Schwab in 2010. Previously, he spent five years at Old Mutual Asset Management as a vice president responsible for distributing investment products to consultants, plan sponsors, and retirement platforms. Those products included collective investment trusts, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives. Mr. Hickey began his career at Fidelity Investments where he spent 15 years in a number of roles, including vice president in the institutional wealth services group responsible for relationship management and sales of custody and product solutions to registered investment advisers, bank trusts, retirement plan consultants, and plan administrators.

Mr. Hickey earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Merrimack College and completed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ coursework at Boston University. He obtained the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA) certification through The Wharton School. Mr. Hickey holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.

Head of DCIO National Accounts, Charles Schwab Investment Management
Marissa Solomon is Head of National Accounts for the DCIO channel supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. She is responsible for introducing the organization’s investment products to retirement platforms and consultants in the defined contribution and defined benefit arenas.

Prior to joining Schwab in March 2016, Ms. Solomon was vice president of platform sales at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she was responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm's strategic defined contribution and sub-advisory partnerships. She was responsible for relationship management and business development of defined contribution consultants and institutional recordkeeping platforms. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she spent nearly 12 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of positions in research and product management.

Ms. Solomon earned Bachelors of Arts in economics and mathematics from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Regional Director-Sales Executive Inst, Charles Schwab Investment Management
Michael Harrington is a Regional Director of Investment Solutions supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. He is responsible for introducing the organization’s investment products to retirement consultants and advisers, recordkeepers, and private banks.

Prior to joining Schwab in May 2015, Mr. Harrington spent more than six years at Investment Counselors of Maryland, LLC, a Baltimore-based investment manager, as a senior vice president of marketing and client service, servicing both plan sponsors and their consultants. Prior to that, he spent 14 years with Liberty Ridge Capital, Inc. (formerly Pilgrim Baxter & Associates) in a number of roles, most recently as the director of sales and marketing. He started his career in the industry with SEI Investments in the investment advisory group.

Mr. Harrington earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Temple University in Philadelphia. He holds Series 7, 26, and 63 licenses.

Joe Wraga is a Regional Director of Investment Solutions supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. He is responsible for introducing the organization’s investment products to consultants, recordkeepers, and private banks.

Prior to joining Schwab in May 2013, Mr. Wraga worked for five years as a vice president in the iShare’s group at BlackRock (formerly Barclays Global Investors). While at iShares, he was focused on driving institutional adoption of ETFs within the asset management channel (mutual funds, hedge funds, and family offices). Mr. Wraga began his career in equity trading on the Pacific Stock Exchange and has held various positions with Jefferies, Charles Schwab, Order Execution Services (formerly of Herzog, Heine, Geduld), and Montgomery & Company.

Mr. Wraga earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Arizona. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee and holds Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

Mark Branish is a Regional Director of Investment Solutions supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. He is responsible for introducing the firm’s investment products to consultants, recordkeepers, private banks, and broker-dealer retirement channels.

Prior to joining Schwab in November 2015, Mr. Branish was with Great-West Funds, Inc. for six years, most recently as a national sales director. In addition, while at Great-West he was actively involved in the launch and growth of the firm’s Target Date Series, and served on both the investment and asset allocation committees. Prior to that, he spent 12 years with Wells Fargo in a variety of roles, including as a vice president responsible for the distribution of the Wells Fargo Advantage Funds and supporting consultants, endowments, and retirement plan sponsors.

Mr. Branish earned a Bachelor’s in business management from the University of Denver. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA), and is involved in the Investment Management Consultants Association. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
