Navigating the Complex World of Human Resources When You Don’t Have an HR Department

About This Webinar

Human Resources expertise isn’t just “nice to have” for your operation - it’s necessary to stay compliant, protect your employees, and to keep your business running smoothly. But for many smaller independent operators that don’t have the resources to hire an HR department, it can be extremely challenging to navigate the complex world of HR in addition to meeting all the other day-to-day operational demands. Join us to learn from a panel of independent operators and foodservice experts about how you can prioritize HR functions and find the resources you need without an HR department. Get guidance on how to keep up with constantly changing labor laws, legal requirements for employee data, can’t miss resources at the local, state, and federal levels, and when it’s time to consider adding an HR professional to your team.
