Based in Aon’s Toronto office, Nabil is a Senior Vice President and Central Practice Leader of the Health Solutions practice. With over 16 years’ experience, Nabil provides group benefits and post-retirement consulting to clients across Canada.

Areas of Specialization
Nabil works with clients on a variety of group benefits and actuarial projects, including the development of health care strategies, employee and retire plan designs and pricing strategies, claims analysis, insurance carrier reviews and postretirement benefit valuations. He also supports Health & Benefits national committees on innovation and next generation tools and technology.

Background
Nabil is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries Group Insurance Committee. Nabil holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.

Background
Kelly started her career as a reference librarian at a leading Vancouver law firm and specializes in legal and legislative research and analysis. She has been with Aon for 20 years in various roles that have focused on legal, legislative and employee benefits research and reporting, employer surveys and trends reporting, information management, and the development of Aon thought leadership.
