While diversity in the legal profession is sought after, it is inclusion that has been needed and continues to be needed. How do we get to continued improvements in inclusion? We can get there by initiatives that move inclusion forward authentically. Such a focus provides a win for everyone: diverse lawyers can share diverse opinions, a more diverse team thereby yields a better and more complete analysis, and a more diverse and equitable legal industry can accordingly drive more innovative and creative solutions. This panel will feature award finalists who have been recognized for starting internal D&I programs within their firms that have had significant success.
