Edward Kaminski, CIMA is a Senior Business Consultant within the Stable Value Unit of New York Life Institutional Annuities. He joined New York Life in December of 2018 and is responsible for the development and initiatives in business channels such as 529, HSA and sub-advisory partnerships. In addition, Ed is responsible for home office coverage for key consultant relationships, as well as product benchmarking and enhancement. Ed has over 25 years in the investment and retirement business.
Previously, Ed was a Key Account Relationship and Product Manager within the Investment Product & Relationship Management Group for ADP Retirement Services, where he was responsible for assisting in the development, enhancement and management of the institutional retirement investment platforms and products; the overall relationship with asset managers, organizational investment communications; market/product/competitive research; manager due diligence and the support of all organizational initiatives related to the company's full-service proprietary retirement products. In addition, Ed was also responsible for ADP RS’s largest alliance product relationship – Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining ADP in 2005, Ed held several positions at Prudential Financial during his 11 years there with the most recent being a Mutual Fund Product Manager within the Product Management group of Prudential Investments.
Ed has a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA in Investment & Portfolio Management Lubin Business School atPace University in New York. Ed also holds the CIMA®, CFS®, CMFC®, AIF®, ARPC® and Certified 401(k) Specialist designations. Ed has his FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses and is insurance licensed in all states.

Jeffrey Budd, is a Director at New York Life and is the Head of DCIO Global Relationship Management. Jeff joined New York Life in 2000, first working on the retail sales team and then moving into other roles in the organization prior to becoming the first member of the DCIO team. Before joining New York Life, Jeff worked at New England Financial of North Jersey. Jeff earned a BFA from The University of the Arts and has over 25 years of investment industry experience.
