It is amazing how many people are not actually comfortable in their own skins. Our society puts never ending pressure on individuals to perform and thereby move up the social ladder. Most people work very hard to be accepted and therefore avoid painful rejection. But underneath it all the most important revelation we can have is that it is perfectly okay to be you. Yes, you with all of your wonderful strengths and weaknesses. There is no one else who can do the part of you better than you. So why do we try to perform in order please and fit in? What is the answer and how can we start really living? We sincerely hope you will join us.It is amazing how many people are not actually comfortable in their own skins.
