Shabaz is the Senior Learning Support Specialist with the Verisk – ISO ClaimSearch Solutions and is based in the Jersey City, NJ office. He is involved in ISO ClaimSearch training operations and member company process improvement initiatives. He has worked as a claim representative before joining ISO and currently lives in New York City.
