Kirsten Curtis, JD, has spent her entire legal career assisting Special Investigation Units, defending first and third party litigated claims, and preparing insurance coverage opinions. Kirsten has trial experience in both the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington, in addition to countless arbitrations and examinations under oath. She also sits as an arbitrator for Multnomah County. Kirsten enjoys volunteering within her community, and she currently sits as a judge for the Beaverton Youth Peer Court, sits on the Board of the Oregon Fallen Badge Foundation, and assists non-profit organizations with their 501(c)(3) paperwork. Kirsten is licensed in Oregon & Washington.
Chelsea Pyasetskyy, JD, leads the third party insurance defense and PIP litigation practice at Thenell Law Group. She has trial experience in Oregon, in addition to handling numerous arbitrations and examinations under oath. Before joining Thenell Law Group, Chelsea practiced in Nevada and developed an active practice representing personal and commercial lines insurers, policyholders, and the self-insured in auto and transportation accident cases; products liability; asbestos litigation; premises liability; and insurance bad faith and coverage litigation. She was listed as one of Southern Nevada’s top attorneys in Nevada Business Magazine’s 2013 listing of “Legal Elite.” Chelsea is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.
