Adam is deliberate in his use of grades to communicate what he wants them to communicate. He's an excellent presenter.

Unimpressed by the statistical approach taken. We all know grades are unfair and subjective. I'd have far preferred a more dynamic discussion of grading and the impact on students. There's a social justice aspect to this, and an equity piece as well. I've been grading this Easter break, but was floored after Fawn Nguyen's post on Lillian: http://fawnnguyen.com/lillian/ Grading deserves a far fairer and wider discussion than occurred by this fellow.

We are math teachers who share what we've learned, cause we don't want our classes to suck the energy from students. Professional development among friends, not just colleagues. Fun! Immediately useful! Interesting!
