Colonel Ajay Ramakrishnan, Sena Medal (Gallantry), served the Army from 1988 to 2010 & is a veteran of the Kargil war. He also works with schools & colleges on programs for students as well as teachers. He has also been part of various selection panels and recruitment drives. His diverse experiences & life defining moments make him ideally suited to effectively analyse issues, knit teams together & to add a sparkle to those who attend his programs. Using unconventional methods, out of the box gut feelings & very high levels of EQ, his programs are a mesmerizing experience. His aviation background as well as his being an instructor on the full flight simulator, enables him to rapidly absorb technology.
