Malathi K S has an experience of 25 years with many leading companies such as, Bosch, Volvo, Infosys, etc.
She has worked with the leadership team to help them build strategies for Human Resources (HR), and has interacted with people across multiple countries. She has managed and led multiple team and projects. She started to surrender herself to mentors, and invested a lot of time and resources in building her journey as a freelancer.
In this session she speaks about her story of how she crafted the freelancing journey and some exciting experience and breakthrough that she experienced in this journey. She will also speak about why one should choose Freelancing as a career, and why this is the way forward than looking for a corporate job.
