Head of Legal/ In-house Lawyer Tooploox
Jędrzej is an In-house Lawyer at Tooploox, a software development company based in Wrocław, Poland. As a member of a 2-person strong legal team in a fast-growing company he is involved in various legal aspects of the business with his main focus being privacy and IT/IP matters. Having to handle multiple matters and working closely with software engineers he quickly discovered the benefits that legal tech brings. Since he joined Tooploox he worked on implementation of tools automating routine tax reporting by employees and digitizing contract lifecycle management. He is also part of a team working on a tool which aims to automate contract visualization - originally developed during the Global Legal Hackathon 2020 in Warsaw, Poland.
