Kerstin Morgan is Head of Practice Transformation in the Strategy team, with over ten years of experience in process improvement, change management, legal tech deployment and legal project management across the legal and financial services sector.
Kerstin and her team work closely with fee earners across the firm as well as legal and business operations teams to identify opportunities to improve the firm's legal processes and innovate our service delivery.
Working closely with MDR LAB and Data Science teams, Kerstin's team strive to maximise opportunities to automate relevant tasks and processes and drive the use of legal tech across Mishcon de Reya.

Nick Pryor

Director of Innovation Solutions, EMEA

Nick practiced as a commercial litigator before moving into a blended tech, knowledge management, and innovation role. He now heads up BCLP’s Innovation team in EMEA, which is charged with challenging and reworking the firm’s service delivery methods through a blend of technology, process, and LPM; as well as designing and building creative new legal services and solutions

Nick Watson

Nick has worked with Legal Technology since 2008 building bespoke software projects. In 2016 he launched Ruby Datum, a pioneering Virtual Data Room provider who recently overfunded for £200,000 to provide a fully centralised Document, Data, and Task collaboration environment.

In addition to his role at Ruby Datum as CEO, Nick founded Legal Legends in 2020 to assist companies with their bespoke legal technology development and integration efforts, championing a strong focus on user experience.

Nick runs one of the largest Legal Technology groups, LawTech.Live, and has contributed to Barclays, Society of Computers in Law, The Legal Forecast, and many others as a mentor, speaker, and content writer for legal technology, client experience, and wellbeing as key topics. He sits on the advisory board for the Centre for Legal Innovation in Australia.

Charles works in the finance and technology sectors.
He is a leading expert on digital money, the law of bank payments, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, giving strategic and technical advice to financial institutions and regulators. He sits on the Bank of England’s Financial Markets Law Committee on Virtual Currencies and chairs a panel at the Tomorrow’s Transactions (Digital Money) Forum. He has been named in the Blockchain Industry Landscape Overview 2018 as one of the UK’s leading influencers on blockchain.
