Based in London, she leads a team of lawyers and knowledge specialists across regions focused on various aspects of dispute resolution.
Responsible for the knowledge strategy for the practice group, she leads the team in developing knowledge products and training for the firm’s lawyers and its clients, analysing and responding to legal and market developments, and driving digital transformation and innovative working in the delivery of legal services. She also contributes to thought leadership on business and human rights, investigations, compliance and risk management and cross-border dispute resolution.
In March 2018, Radhika was appointed by the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC Europe) as a UK Country Representative. She represents ACC Europe in the UK and serves as a liaison between the ACC Europe Board of Directors and the ACC Europe members, providing information on local UK issues, and assisting with ACC’s strategic initiatives.
Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Radhika was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP, based in London. Prior to relocating to London, Radhika was a lawyer at Chapman Tripp in New Zealand. Radhika graduated from the University of Auckland with a conjoint degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours). She speaks Hindi, Punjabi, Bahasa Indonesia and Malay.
Radhika is passionate about people, professional relationship management, communications, mentor programmes and initiatives focused on inclusion and diversity. Through her speaking engagements, her enthusiasm and passion encourage positive thinking and true appreciation of networking.
David is a co-founder and managing partner of Avery Law. David is responsible for the day-to-day management, direction and culture of the firm.
David specialises in fundraisings, particularly in the tech sector. He has a wealth of in-depth experience in advising on funding rounds, shareholder agreements and governance, share incentivisation schemes, share subscriptions, sweat equity and the structuring of vesting schedules for founders, advisers and employees, share sales, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He is regularly involved in fundraising and exit deals at all stages of the cap table.
David has been publicly described as “an extraordinary lawyer who is extremely helpful and professional”.
