Radhika is an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer. Radhika is a Senior Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise based in London and is responsible for commercial and corporate matters in the UK and Ireland. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she is also the Pro Bono lead for UK and Ireland, the Global Communications Editor for the legal department’s newsletter, and Co-Lead for diversity and inclusion initiatives. Enthusiastic about legal operations, Radhika is also involved in efforts focused on in-house innovation and efficiency.
In March 2018, Radhika was appointed by the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC Europe) as a UK Country Representative. She represents ACC Europe in the UK and serves as a liaison between the ACC Europe Board of Directors and the ACC Europe members, providing information on local UK issues, and assisting with ACC’s strategic initiatives.
Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Radhika was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP, based in London. Prior to relocating to London, Radhika was a lawyer at Chapman Tripp in New Zealand. Radhika graduated from the University of Auckland with a conjoint degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours). She speaks Hindi, Punjabi, Bahasa Indonesia and Malay.
