Attend the Master the Art of Selling classes and add to it one-on-one coaching sessions with Leslie Groene.
One on one sales coaching allows the sales rep to focus on identifying key accounts, creating account strategies and developing effective selling cycles. Ms. Groene anchors the sessions to the participant’s most important current opportunities. She builds their disciplines, skill sets and knowledge in whatever sequence will have the greatest impact for that individual. She will equip each individual with the skills to deal with complex environments, demanding customers and high-value opportunities.
These 6 sessions will be conducted at mutually agreed upon scheduled times and last 30 minutes each.
