Making Better Decisions: Why You Need Analytics Now with Joel Shapiro

About This Webinar

This is the first workshop in the Northwestern - Kellogg / 1871 Start-up Analytics Series

OVERVIEW:
Analytics can help you ask the right questions, understand what works, and better allocate scarce resources. By developing an early-stage strategy around analytics, a venture can more quickly identify and nurture opportunities that lead to success. This presentation will provide a framework and examples for how to ask smart questions and to use analytics as a key driver of business success.

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING:
Attendees will gain a deeper appreciation for how to make better decisions and use analytics for business success. While many businesses claim to make “data-driven” decisions, an overwhelming majority still jumps down rabbit-holes, comes to erroneous conclusions, and leaves tremendous data-value untapped. Those that begin thinking about their data analytics strategy early can gain a significant advantage in understanding what works, and how to communicate success to key stakeholders.
