Aaron Lamey leads Tech901 in its mission to continuously develop the Memphis area IT workforce and launch technology careers. After spending a decade working in local IT, Aaron began teaching part-time until joining as an early instructor of Tech901. During his tenure at Tech901, Aaron has led hundreds of students to earning industry certification and beginning IT careers. Seeing a need for even more hands-on training, Aaron launched an IT services start-up named MemFi Networks to employ his students to serve the Memphis community.

Dr. Tammy Taylor is an experienced higher education professional with over 17 years in career development, currently serving as Associate Director of the Career Development Center at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She leads a university-wide cooperative education and internship program, managing 62 courses and building experiential learning modules through the 12twenty platform. Tammy collaborates with faculty, staff, and employers to create impactful, real-world learning opportunities that bridge academic theory with professional practice.

Her leadership extends to strategic planning, assessment, and the advancement of co-curricular opportunities and High Impact Practices (HIPs), serving on multiple institutional committees. A passionate educator, she teaches graduate-level courses in strategic planning, needs assessment, supervisory practices, human resource administration, and employee onboarding. Currently, he serves as a member of the 12twenty partnerships team working globally with universities and employers. He also leads a 4-year USAID project in Africa, overseeing the launch of career centers at universities across Mozambique to support workforce and economic development.​
