Kimberly Oglesby is the founder of Vision Quest Coaching Unlimited, an executive coaching organization that prepares professionals for new opportunities in employment, entrepreneurship and life changes. Her cutting edged professional development techniques are exhibited in her popular seminars “Gridiron Strategies for Career Development” TM; “The Art of the Story for professionals” TM and facilitates Mastermind groups like “Vision Quest Wisdom Group TM. No matter the issue, Kimberly prepares her clients to win in a climate of ever increasing uncertainty. As a coach/consultant Kimberly assists clients in reaching leadership positions in their respective industries

Kimberly provides both individual and group coaching assistance to her clients. She is affiliated with the Career Transitions Center and in previous years the Chicago Job Hunters Meetup as its coach/facilitator.

Ms. Oglesby built her professional career in pharmaceutical sales previous to coaching. She spent nearly twenty years in various high level sales positions for various organizations. She was privilege to have worked for some of the premier fortune 500 companies in the industry like Johnson and Johnson and GE Healthcare; Bristol Myers Squibb and Science Oriented Solutions for a specialized HIV Clinical Specialist position on behalf of Glaxo-SmithKlein. Kimberly started her professional career in non-profit with the United Way of American and the West Michigan United Way in fund development in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

In 2007 Kimberly became a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance. She previously earned a BGS from Ohio University and a MSW from the University of Cincinnati while working as a Social Worker.
